I am going through this whole purchasing and set up process with my Mom. Nancy has been amazing! She has answered so many of our questions. She's contacted us promptly when we have texted her, most being on weekends and evenings. Just recently I was surprised to see her reaching out to us on a Sunday. She has been a God send to us during this whole process!
